Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to achieve this mission and make a positive impact in the IT industry.
So, who are the people that make up our team?

Here's what they shared.
Meet Nadezhda Marinova, Soft Skills Trainer
Can you explain as simply as possible what you do at Telerik Academy?
I help our Alpha program participants succeed and launch their IT careers as Junior developers, fostering a positive and supportive environment during their training. As a soft skills trainer, I enhance students' interpersonal skills by combining communication, personality traits, attitudes, and emotional intelligence. Through hands-on experiences and reflection, I bridge the gap between theory and practical knowledge. My goal is to inspire students and ignite their curiosity, empowering them to drive their own learning.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I find joy in my work by supporting and empowering people, listening to their stories, and helping them overcome challenges. Being able to make a positive impact in someone's life is a remarkable opportunity. I also learn and grow through their experiences, both professionally and personally. The inspiration I derive from my students, colleagues, and the Telerik Academy community is limitless. I've built incredible relationships and shared memorable moments with unique individuals. We continue to inspire and support each other's growth. Working in this collaborative and encouraging environment is truly a blessing.
What is the last book you read?
The last book I read was "Chronicle of Pain" by Ivo Ivanov. In this book, Ivo Ivanov immerses us in a wild amalgam made up of entirely different, real stories scattered in all points of time and space. Yes, there is a common topic between them - pain. These stories are created to show how pain can be turned into power, and the reader becomes complicit in this most beautiful act in the world - to understand the other and see the world through their eyes.

I recently became a Kangoo Jumps Power instructor, and I combined two of my passions – training and teaching people while making them feel joy and excitement.
Meet Rossitsa Racheva, Technical Trainer
Can you explain as simply as possible what you do at Telerik Academy?
In short - I teach Python. A little more descriptive - I help motivated people lay the foundations and take their first steps towards achieving their goals - an IT career and even changing their lives.
What is your favorite part of your job?
To see that the students have taken even a little something from you is an immense pleasure. I also really appreciate their excitement over each milestone they cover. As a former primary teacher, I can feel the difference between children and adults. Still, the joy and satisfaction of what has been achieved are similar and enjoyable to watch.
What is the last book you read?
It was a book written by a friend of mine - "Monodialozi" by Radoslav Simeonov. I love poetry, especially when it is intertwined with mathematics, physics and philosophy. When I read poems, I read them out loud, even if I don't have an audience.
