As a Senior Growth Marketer, you’ll drive digital campaigns from concept to execution - focusing on copywriting, social media, email, and paid ads. You’ll play a key role in growing our Alpha and Upskill programs and taking our business offerings to the next level.
What you will be doing:
- Lead generation: Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising;
- Social media content creation: you will be responsible for managing our social media calendar across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok);
- Email marketing: Take ownership of all email marketing campaigns, including setup, administration and copy writing;
- Reporting and analysis: Continuously measure and optimize the performance and effectiveness of campaigns to drive results and make data-driven decisions. Build and keep up-to-date marketing reports on lead generation activities;
- Paid ads: Be responsible for and improve our customer acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google ads, Meta, TikTok, YT);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and successful execution;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or missing deadlines.

What will make you successful in this role:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on copywriting and/or another marketing role that requires strong lead generation skills;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to analyze data to drive insights and make informed decisions;
- Proficient in content creation for various campaigns and formats, including social media marketing, email marketing;
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bulgarian;
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude and a focus on executing tasks accurately and on time;
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, share ideas, and provide constructive feedback;
- Experience in the FMCG sector, education, tech, or ecommerce, and some B2B experience would be a plus;
- Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
