We are looking for a Program Coordinator with a passion for education to help us take our efforts in coordination and process improvement to the next level.
In this role, you would manage various programs and stakeholders to support Telerik Academy’s core team, external trainers, and our students from the very beginning until their successful completion of our training programs.
You would enjoy this role if you are a good communicator and a highly organized person who always looks for ways to streamline work and can balance between multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
What you will be doing:
- Manage all processes related to the successful start, delivery and completion of our Alpha & Upskill programs;
- Oversee the execution of all operational tasks related to the student journey throughout the program – student contracts, payments, student portfolio, placement status and related documents;
- Support the collaboration with external trainers;
- Act as the face of the Academy externally (communicate with partnering institutions, facilitate partner activities), and work closely with various teams within the organization (technical, accounting, marketing), developing strong relationships with them;
- Run parallel tasks in an effective way;
- Handle ad-hoc issues outside the established processes;
- Proactively think of the ongoing improvement of the existing processes and creating new ones in order to optimize the workflow – analyze, propose improvements and implement their execution.
How this role can contribute to your development:
- Join a tight-knit team of excellent professionals lead by purpose;
- Expand and hone your skills in managing the end-to-end processes of planning and execution of successful learning programs;
- Take a deep dive into the Bulgarian IT ecosystem, getting familiar with various stakeholders (students and partner companies);
- Enjoy a thoughtful benefits program that includes:
- 25 days paid leave a year and an additional day off for your birthday;
- Flexible working hours, work-from-home policy, and remote work during the pandemic;
- Access to Employee Wellbeing program focused on mental health and various supportive activities;
- Additional health insurance with dental coverage;
- Ongoing investment in your development through a rich selection of trainings, books and learning materials (incl. access to reputable outlets, a shared library, access to Pluralsight, Udemy, etc.);
- And more to discover.
What will make you successful in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, administration or end-to-end building and monitoring of processes;
- Experience in communicating with different stakeholders;
- Exposure to a fast-paced business environment;
- Focus on active collaboration with others, task ownership and problem-solving;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
- Administrative and organizational experience in the field of education is a great advantage.
While we believe these skills and experience are important for the role, we know that sometimes a different background can give a good foundation, too. If you don’t cover all the requirements above, yet, you believe this role is made for you, let us know why.
