Junior Learning Systems Specialist

As a Junior Learning Systems Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our Technical Training Team, Program & Product Management teams, and Learning Experience Design Team (have a look at our About page). Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth execution of our training programs by managing and maintaining our learning systems.  

What you will be doing:

  • External Trainer and Learner Onboarding and Access: Manage system access, accounts, and provide onboarding for external trainers and learners;
  • Course Setup and Management: Create and update courses in Moodle, ensuring alignment with program requirements and maintaining accuracy;
  • Training Resource Coordination: Upload, organize, and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources;
  • Training Session Support: Provide technical support for key training sessions, including kick-offs and major milestones;
  • Assessment and Feedback Management: Set up submission areas, manage feedback processes, and support interim and final assessments;
  • Graduation and Certification: Oversee graduate enrollment, certificate generation, and related communications;
  • Learning Systems Issue Resolution: Address technical, access, and other training systems related inquiries promptly;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and trainers to ensure effective program delivery.

What will make you successful in this role:

  • Tech savviness: this role doesn’t require prior knowledge of our systems, but being quick to learn and navigate new tools or technologies; 
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously; 
  • Being fond of administrative and repetitive tasks: we know it’s not for everyone, but we are looking for the kind of person who finds comfort and joy in predictability; 
  • A team-player attitude: willingness to share ideas regularly, and to accept and provide feedback; 
  • High quality of work and attention to detail; 
  • A sociable naturesomeone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building connections, and brings positive energy to the team;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian, and a very good level of English skills;  
  • Relevant experience in either Moodle, Discourse or MS Office 365 is an advantage.
